-Improve ecm length check and add debug messages
-Remove support fot the fake caid (0xFFFF)

From Emu version 6.6 and on, in order PowerVu to work properly, you need to tell NCam to skip the checksum test for CWs.
This can be done by one of the following three ways:

1-Delete you current Emu reader and let ncam create a new one for you, with all necessary settings.

2-Add the 0E00:000000 string in the Skip CWs checksum test only for option under the general reader settings.

3-Add the disablecrccws_only_for = 0E00:000000 directive in the ncam.server file under the Emu reader section.

IMPORTANT: You have to do this change for every Emu reader you have configured for PowerVu

-Don't allow BISS ecm requests with a length shorter than 3
(NCam sends a fake ecm request for BISS with a length of at least 5 anyway. Also make some small optimizations and cosmetic changes)
-Remove redundant ecm length checks
-Use the typedef struct types instead (cosmetic)
-Forbid parallel access to the key db and key file
(This should fix the rare crash at NCam startup when two or more Emu readers are configured. If the issue remains, please report back!)
-Fix CW checksums
