да! тока она пишется наоборот у меня мжкамд +оскам, когда запускаю эту связку сразу включается шара

просто тут в конфиге он не ативен , одним словом убери кавычки и всё ... и потом смотри лог в папка tmp/ oscam.log  только потом рестартани эмуль , и на край перегрузи рес.
