by telnet command
opkg install -force-overwrite /tmp/enigma2-plugin-extensions-tspanel_3.9_mipsel.ipk/
restart enigma2

or from previous version of TSpanel from yellow update button in main menu page or from addons servers of tspanel

TSpanel useraddons

This ipk file adds three servers to the TSpanel servers list
now three servers added(sat4fun,LSK,ferrari)
install the attached ipk as any ipk file or for direct install from TSpanel servers/TSpanel group-restart enigma

По прозбам трудового народа зделоли и для FerrarY свой раздел т. к . другие разделы не работают уже .

With intoducing tuner 3 in 1 in sunray sr4 with possibility of channel scanning for three types of broadcasting(s,c,t)
keeping bouquets for all types is slightly difficult and may be cleared with first scanning for channels
in TSpanel-system tools-settings laoder there are many popular updated servers to download settings and from TSpanel 4.6 and above no fear from overwriting the satellite.xml which contains frequencies for other types(t and c)
just before download settings check green button-settings and put yes for keep satellite.xml,terrestrial.xml and save
